The Humanoid Series

is an outburst from the continuous collection of feet and the playfulness of turning things any which way. We were searching for images that would describe the in-between state, our animal-like, hybrid strangeness:
MAN – MACHINE – INSECT

The obscure manipulated photos might give a smile, but in the same breath a strangeness might occur. It is easy to see the manipulation, our brains accept the new creature-like humanoids, but our minds also see something more.
A bizarre picture-world emerge that we either accept or begin to re-think. Maybe the future-like humanoid’s that exist in ”Blade Runner” is not that far away.

All experiments we do with the human body are today more and more future orientated
– always wanting ”that” what we don’t have.
